暖通空調(diào)管道用閥門的選型-按防止介質(zhì)倒流選用閥門

       這種類型的閥門的作用是只允許介質(zhì)向一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)，而且阻止方向流動(dòng)。通常這種閥門是自動(dòng)工作的，在一個(gè)方向流動(dòng)的流體壓力作用下，閥瓣打開；流體反方向流動(dòng)時(shí)，由流體壓力和閥瓣的自重合閥瓣作用于閥座，從而切斷流動(dòng)。其中止回閥就屬于這種類型的閥門，它包括旋啟式止回閥和升降式止回閥。旋啟式止回閥有一介鉸鏈機(jī)構(gòu)，還有一個(gè)像門一樣的閥瓣自由地靠在傾斜的閥座表面上。為了確保閥瓣每次都能到達(dá)閥座面的合適位置，閥瓣設(shè)計(jì)在鉸鏈機(jī)構(gòu)，以便閥瓣具有足夠有旋啟空間，并使閥瓣真正的、全面的與閥座接觸。閥瓣可以全部用金屬制成，也可以在金屬上鑲嵌皮革、橡膠、或者采用合成覆蓋面，這取決于使用性能的要求。旋啟式止回閥在完全打開的狀況下，流體壓力幾乎不受阻礙，因此通過閥門的壓力降相對(duì)較小。升降式止回閥的閥瓣座落位于閥體上閥座密封面上。此閥門除了閥瓣可以自由地升降之外，其余部分如同截止閥一樣，流體壓力使閥瓣從閥座密封面上抬起，介質(zhì)回流導(dǎo)致閥瓣回落到閥座上，并切斷流動(dòng)。根據(jù)使用條件，閥瓣可以是全金屬結(jié)構(gòu)，也可以是在閥瓣架上鑲嵌橡膠墊或橡膠環(huán)的形式。像截止閥一樣，流體通過升降式止回閥的通道也是狹窄的，因此通過升降式止回閥的壓力降比旋啟式止回閥大些，而且旋啟式止回閥的流量受到的限制很少。

   在生產(chǎn)過程中，為了使介質(zhì)的壓力、流量等參數(shù)符合工藝流程的要求，需要安裝調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)上述參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)的主要工作原理，是靠改變閥門閥瓣與閥瓣與閥座間的流通面積，達(dá)到調(diào)節(jié)上述參數(shù)的目的。屬于這類閥門的統(tǒng)稱為控制閥，其中分為依靠介質(zhì)本身動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)的稱為自驅(qū)式控制閥如減壓閥、穩(wěn)壓閥等，凡領(lǐng)先上來動(dòng)力驅(qū)動(dòng)的（如電力 、壓縮空氣和液動(dòng)力）稱為他驅(qū)式控制閥，如電動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥、氣動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥和液動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)閥等。

用戶須知User's notice

1、閥門長(zhǎng)期存放時(shí)，應(yīng)置于干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)，閥門通道兩端須用封蓋堵塞，定期對(duì)加工表面涂防銹油。
 2、安裝前應(yīng)檢查核對(duì)閥門標(biāo)識(shí)是否與使用要求相符，檢查零部件是否完好無損，緊固件是否松動(dòng)。
 3、閥門安裝前應(yīng)清除管道 內(nèi)的雜物(含閘板兩側(cè)的油紙)。
 4、閥門吊運(yùn)安裝應(yīng)在兩法蘭頸(或吊環(huán)孔)使用吊具起吊，嚴(yán)禁手輪處起吊；
 5、關(guān)閉：順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪關(guān)閉閥門，直到手感到位，到位后手輪需反轉(zhuǎn)1/2~1圈(從防護(hù)罩觀察窗看到閥桿應(yīng)處于下列位置)。
 6、開啟：逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪開啟閥門，直到手感到位為止(從防護(hù)罩觀察孔看到閥桿應(yīng)處于上部位置)；
 7、閥門使用前應(yīng)在各注脂嘴處注入密封脂，每半年至少加注一次；
 8、排污螺孔處于閥門底部，用戶根據(jù)輸送介質(zhì)的需要在此處裝配排污閥；
 9、嚴(yán)禁將本閥門作為節(jié)流閥使用(帶節(jié)流的閥門除外)，只允許呈全開或全關(guān)狀態(tài)；
 10、嚴(yán)禁在閥門帶壓維修或敲打閥門各處；

8, the blowdown spiral shell hole is in the valve bottom, users assemble the blowdown valve here according to the need for sending medium;
